This completely depends on your interest. Whether you have taken up science or any other stream, don't let it affect your career choice. Think wisely what interests you or makes you happy.
Based on that take up the course. Don't take up anything based on marks or people's suggestions.

If you had biology in 12th you can pursue hons. Course in botany , zoology , biological sciences and life sciences. Physics , chem and maths could help you do an hons. course in each or pursue engineering. You can also pursue biotechnology medical pharmacy agriculture etc.

There are many courses that you can opt for after 12th. B.Tech and MBBS are all time favorites but then life doesn't stop here only. You have various other good options available.
If you are interested in pursuing a course in Science you can go for various B.Sc like physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, maths, etc. Other than these you have specialized ones like biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiology, forensic, agriculture, food technology, computer science, etc. Apart from these you have honors courses too. You can also go for paramedical courses like Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Ayurveda, etc.
