Hi Sakshi,
You need to shortlist a few colleges, check the admission requirements and apply. Study abroad is a wide term, you must know what to study and where. If you are interested in studying in US you must take the SAT or ACT. There are English language tests like TOEFL or IELTS too which needs to be taken for any foreign university. Apart from these tests, you must have good academic grades, the more competitive or top ranked the universities are, the more strict admission requirements will be. Check this

After completing class 12th, I would suggest you to appear for IIT JEE and AIEEE. These two entrance examinations provide admissions to IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective.
I would also suggest you to appear for individual state examinations (OJEE in Odisha, EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, COMEDK in Karnataka, etc.). These exams also guarantee you good colleges and serve as a backup in case things don't end up the way you've planned for IIT/ AIEEE.

Students are also moving in fashion designing and interior designing. Research oriented students can go for KVPY and get into institutes like IISC or IISERs.
There are courses like mechanical / electrical and computer science in engineering to newer ones like hotel management and fashion designing. You can opt for any of these as per your interest.

There are hundreds of 12th graders doing entry level jobs in offices or day cares or serving tables at food joints. So this is the range of job you will be surrounded by. If you are lucky and brilliant you may set up your venture but in this case, you should stick to your home country. Hunting jobs abroad are recommended after gaining a qualification.
