Hi Sridhar,
There are plenty of courses which can lead to a good career, but if you will succeed in the field will only depend on your own skills and interests. You have not mentioned your stream neither your own plans or interests. So, I cannot suggest anything further at the moment. Please share more details.

Hi Shivam,
As a biology student, you may think of pursuing either one of the following:
MBBS
BHMS
BDS
Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Science (BNYS)
B.Sc. Nursing
B.Pharma
Biotechnology
B.Sc in an area of your subject interest
There are other options as well. If you are not too inclined towards having a career in these field you can also opt for other areas like B.Com, BBA, Design, etc.

BE/B.Tech
B.Sc
B.Sc IT
B.Sc CS
BCA
BBA
B.Com
B.Arch
B.Sc Biotechnology
Defence and many more.

You can go for NDA. You can also go for B.Sc. or B.Sc. honors in the subjects of your own choice. You can even go for merchant navy. To settle in minimum possible time I would suggest you to go for merchant navy. If you are interested in defence then go for NDA else BA and BCA are also available. You can also study law under BA LLB. c

Commerce and science are the two broad categories. In commerce, you can go for arts/ design, business, finance and banking.
In science, you have engineering and medical. Some new streams are also in demand nowadays like bio- tech, nano technology, agriculture and genetic. Students are also moving in fashion designing and interior designing. The research oriented students can go for KVPY and get into institutes like IISC or IISERs.
There are courses like mechanical/ electrical and computer science in engineering to newer ones like hotel management and fashion designing. You can opt for any of these as per your interest.

A career in a similar stream, which you had in your class 11th and 12th will help you succeed better. Commerce and science are the two broad categories. In commerce, you can go for arts/design, business, finance and banking.
In Science, you have engineering and medical. These are the traditional streams students choose. Some new streams are also in demand nowadays like biotech, nano technology, agriculture and genetic. In today's age of IT, to become a data scientist, you require skills in maths & statistics, RDBMS, programming skills and domain knowledge. In addition, you will have to learn few analytic tools. You are advised to opt for B.Tech CS/IT or BCA-MCA or B.Sc-M.Sc CS/IT followed by a PG Diploma in data analytics. Alternatively, you may also do data analytics specialization courses after MBA.
