B.Tech and B.Sc. has various subjects like CSE, ECE, ME, EEE, CE, EIE, aeronautical engineering, etc. In B.Sc., you can go for B.Sc. in physics, chemistry, mathematics, CS, IT, etc. Choose your career according to your interest area.

You should follow your interest.
You may not realize it now, if you make a wrong decision now you will regret for the rest of your life.
Take up engineering or science only if you genuinely are interested, otherwise this will be a big mistake of your life. For example, many people take mechanical engineering and end up in an IT company. That's just totally a waste. So, choose wisely.
Study/take up that course which you will enjoy studying and working.

It depends on your interest. If you are good at technical then go for engineering like BE, B.Tech, Diploma, etc. whereas if you are interested in medical then you can appear for NEET entrance exam and take admission for MBBS or dental. You can also do B.Sc. in various options like IT, pharmacy, nursing, etc. There are many doors open or you.
