Well, you can opt for Government engineering colleges of Rajasthan. They may consider and take admissions through class 12th board marks also. All the best!

BCA without maths, because BCA is something which revolves around the understanding of computer structures and various algorithms and coding, therefore, maths is a compulsory subject for the same (at least for the first year). Rather, many institutes allow you for the admission if you have scored 60% or more in maths, in the 12th standard. But you can go for some other stream or field, like B.Sc. Or B.Com. Vocational/IT, if you're way too interested to have computers as your subject.

Obviously, do what you love. There are many people who complete their engineering and do what they love. Engineering is just a backup. My friend is doing preparation for IIT and dreams to become a musician.

Economics at SOAS probes the mechanism of society and explains the factors and processes that underpin production, exchange and distribution, in order to effectively inform economic policy, as well as to understand the consequences of economic and social well-being.
Students are encouraged to develop a deep understanding of particular countries and issues, based on concrete analysis of history, institutions and political economy. This reflects a shared view at SOAS that economics should be rigorous, reflective and, fundamentally, useful.
