You may do Bachelors in business administration, hotel & hospitality management, event management, media and entertainment, psychology, journalism, to name a few. Of course, choose based on your interest.

You can take up Bachelors in business administration, hotel and hospitality management. Alternately, you may consider change based on interest like psychology, agriculture sciences, event management, media and entertainment, etc.

You have good number of options. Say, Engineering (electronics, computer Science, electrical, instrumentation, telecommunication, mechanical engineering are a few subjects to mention); medicine; Bachelors of Science across physics, botany, zoology, mathematics, chemistry, agriculture, bioinformatics, biotechnology are also good. Bachelors in business administration and computer applications are alternate options too.

Well, there are many people who do take up improvement exams. So, if you really want to and can dedicate good number of hours and have a detailed plan as to what scale of increase in marks you are looking at, then yes. Also do know what exact improvement you will need and why you will need that margin of increment. This will help you plan better.
