Yes, you are fully eligible for this course. To apply for B.A you must be pass in class 12. There is no age limit to pursue your graduation. Some open universities which offer this course.

In case you have passed 12th Science, you may join a CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence) training programme if you meet the above mentioned educational and medical standards. You can do any course of your choice. As a pcm student is eligible for any course but medical. You can choose bsc or BCA or engineering.There are much option available for you.

If you wants to do Diploma in civil, so you can go for Polytechnic Diploma of three year after completion. You will get admission for B.Tech 2nd year. And, it will be great, if you complete your class 12th through private exam or open board of your state.
