You need to see both of them are different, MCA will lead your career in computer application, MBA in management, and both have different requirement for minimum percentage. For MBA, you have to go through Test and Interview. Unless you don't pursue it from top universities it will be of very less use. You can try in Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Chandigarh University, and Symbiosis University. Please do check if you are ready for technical career or not.

Hi,
Yes, you can change the stream. I believe, just as soon as you start with your 12th, you can change it as it'll be better for you. And it depends on the number of seat.

After class 12th there are lot of options, but It is depends on your choice, which subject you like most. There are some options:
BCA- Various courses after 12th Science in India.
Bachelor of Computer application- It is for those who want to do Bachelor degree in computer field. There are many Universities which do not take any entrance test for it. Your admission will be done according to your percentage of 12th class. The only condition is that you must have math if you are from arts side. Your score is very bad in class 12th. I would suggest you to go with class 12th again and improve your performance, because no one will hire you in future with your class 12th marks. Even you are not eligible for their criteria.
