CLAT Preparation

CLAT offers you a 5 year law course, so you will graduate in the law course itself, so you do not have to choose any college for graduation and CLAT differently. There are various books in the market. EBC and Universal stand out. Preparation time is a matter of self-disposition.

CLAT does not require you to have a humanities base, even humanities students will find it completely unrelated. The break up of CLAT is General English, Quantitative Aptitude upto 10th class like pipes, time and distance), etc. , Legal GK, Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning. Now you see, CLAT is not inclined towards any stream.

While one can give CLAT only after 12th, there is no requirement of minimum preparation.

No stream has real advantage in CLAT. Since it is based on GK, Legal aptitude, Logical reasoning, English and Maths. At the most you might have advantage of Maths, but that again is 10th class level. You can prepare on your own or attend coaching classes.

Since you already have an academic commitment, I would suggest that you prepare for CLAT post exam. If you focus enough and study during that period, I believe even that is good.

Hi there, Well, as of now, there is no specific book as such. You might go for some of the guides by universal publication. Apart from that you must buy some coaching materials that is tailored for CLAT.
