Yes, your rank is around 1800, so you have chance in third allotment list in CLAT 2018. You should get NLU RANCHI, MNLU NAGPUR and MNLU AURANGABAD.

NMIMS KPMSOL MUMBAI accepts CLAT SCORE and at your score, you don't have any chance. You can apply in another private college which is listed on the CLAT website. They accept CLAT scores.

No, they take only on the basis of merit in CLAT and on NRI quota.

It seems that your chances are very bleak as under 4k rank, there exists some probability of getting in but with this rank the chances are a little less but if you can then wait for the 2nd list.
