Hi,
The English section will basically test the candidates proficiency in English based on many comprehension passages and grammar. Make a habit to learn new words. Note down all the new words and search their meanings. You can refer some good books and can give mock test as well to improve your scoring in English section.
Regards.

Hi there, HNLU ranks 6th among the 18 NLUs and getting an admission here won't be easy unless and until you're a domicile at Chhattisgarh. Although being in the merit list is mandatory. You can sure try for vacant seats after the last allotment list is out.

Dear Vedika,
There is no other criteria. Only CLAT scores are considered. It's just if you are under All India Rank 58-59 you can get admission.

One could refer any of the books for CLAT that seems fit and comfortable but the main target should be to command on the portions covered in CLAT. The most important thing that needs to be focused is the legal and the GK portion because they cover 100 marks and in GK, one should cover the current affairs portion as it covers 90% of the questions in GK. The static portion does not need deep study. Just an overview is enough. But the main thing to be focused is the time management. O

Hello,
The CLAT results are based on the marks you score in the online test. Each question carries one mark and there is a negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer.

As per your marks and your references, the allotment starts and based on seats available in the college starting from Bangalore, you are allotted a college.
There is no rocket science in determining the rank, it's just score based.
For Eg. If you get 161 marks and are rank 1, then you would be allotted Bangalore of whatever you

CLAT score does not ensure concession in fee. In case any particular college has the same, they would have their own criteria for the same.
