The application deadline for CLAT 2026 has not been announced yet. For reference, the CLAT 2025 application process ended on October 15, 2024. To stay updated on CLAT 2026 application dates, candidates are advised to frequently visit the Shiksha website or official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs).It is expected that CLAT Application Process 2026 will begin in July and end in October end. However, it can not be confirmed until CLAT Notification 2026 is released.

No, the CLAT 2025 application fee must be paid at the time of submitting the application form. The form will not be considered successfully submitted unless the application fee is paid within the specified deadline. Ensure payment is completed to avoid application rejection.

No, the CLAT 2026 application form will not be considered complete without the payment of the application fee. Submission of the fee is a mandatory step to successfully complete the application process.

The application fee for CLAT exam was different as per the category of a candidate. For General/OBC/PWD/PIO/OCI/NRI, the application fee was INR 4,000 and for SC/ST/BPL category, the application fee was INR 3,500. Extra charges of INR 500 were applicable if candidates wanted to obtain previous years' CLAT question papers from the exam authority. Apart from CLAT application fee and cost of question paper bundle, candidates had to pay any other charges.

For reference, the CLAT 2025 registration opened on July 15, 2024, and closed on October 15, 2024. It is advisable to regularly check the official Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) website for updates on CLAT 2026 registration dates.

No, we cannot join school of law and legal affairs NIU without national entrance exam like CLAT because CLAT – score is mandatory and the admission will be done on the basis of merit only and candidates who are appearing or have appeared in the 10+2 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test. However, such candidates are required to have passed the qualifying examination at the time of their admission and must be able to submit proofs in support of their claims.
