IILET is a standardized test with a uniform pattern and single question paper for admissions to five-year integrated LLB courses in Law. Candidates can take the exam for admissions IIL. Whereas, CLAT and AILET have separate question papers for UG and PG courses. Based on CLAT scores, admissions are done at 22 NLUs and accepting colleges. Check the list of NLUs here. Through AILET, only NLU Delhi and a few private law colleges in India offer admissions. Know more about CLAT and AILET here.

As per last three-year cutoff for BA LLB (Hons) for General Category Home State Quota, the cutoff saw a fluctuating trend. The closing rank in 2022 was 3726 decreasing to 4339 in 2023. In 2024, the cutoff was again improved at 4257.For LLM, the cutoff was 2213 in 2022 moving downwards to 4031 in 2023 and then finally 3587 in 2024. Looking at the cutoff data, aspirants with state domicile have a chance of getting admission with 3000 rank in CLAT.

No, you cannot join the institute without a valid CLAT score for admissions in the BALLB courses.The eligibility criteria includes: Passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category).While for the admission process it is mandatory to have a CLAT score and should be clearing the cutoff .
