The counselling process of CLAT 2025 is a centralised seat allotment process for all the participating National Law Universities (NLUs). Therefore, the counselling is a standardized process as under: Step 1: Candidates who appeared for CLAT 2025 and secured above minimum cutoff marks, will be required to register for the centralized counselling process once the CLAT Consortium opens the window. Step 2: For registration, candidates will be required to login into their account, and fill their preferences and upload their documents and get it verified. No, Consortium does not send the CLAT scorecards by post to any candidate. The scorecard has to be downloaded online from the official website of Consortium of NLUs. Candidates must take multiple copies of printout and preserve those till the admission process is complete. It is one of the most crucial documents required for the counselling or the admission process. In case candidates lose the soft copy, they can download the CLAT scorecard from the official website.

Yes, you will still be able to download the result of CLAT by logging in to the official exam website. The scorecard will consist of information such as subject-wise and overall scores, percentiles and All India Rank, along with the qualifying cutoff or marks. In case a candidate does not qualify for CLAT then he/she would not be able to participate in the counselling process. However, they may take admission to other courses conducting admission through CLAT scores, for which counselling process is not conducted.

In CLAT 2023, the highest score was 116.75. In CLAT PG 2023, the highest score was 99.99 percentile with a score of 95.25. CLAT Counselling Registration starts after declaration of results. Last year, CLAT Topper 2023 Abhinav Somani secured AIR 1. He was also the AILET 2023 Topper with All India Rank 1. In a interview with shiksha.com, he said, "scoring poorly in school exams doesn’t really affect you as much as scoring poorly in your law entrance would."

The CLAT admission process after the results are declared is as mentioned below: CLAT counseling: The number of candidates invited for counseling will be FIVE times the number of seats available in each category. The consortium will upload the list of eligible candidates on its website before the start of counseling registration.CLAT cutoff: The Consortium of NLUs will release the CLAT cutoff on its official website at the time of seat allotment. The cutoff is the minimum marks/rank that aspirants need to secure in order to get admission to a 5-year LLB or one-year LLB program.

The CLAT Cutoff 2025 mentions the ranks of the candidates who are eligible for admission to the college. However, it does not releases the marks scored by the candidates. But, the higher the score, the better is the rank. CLAT cut-off 2025 will depend on various factors such as the total number of candidates, seat intake, the difficulty level of the exam, the category of the aspirant, and the performance of the candidate. In case the difficulty level of the exam is high then the cut-off mark
