Yes, according to a graduate from Cleveland State University it is safe to rent a flat in Cleveland and the area around CSU is somewhat broken and crime ridden. Renting a house poses some logistical challenges of managing heat, trash, furniture, internet, appliances and security. There are more secure, yet smaller apartments in large complexes that are proven safer and easier, i.e. The Reserve…etc.Celveland University have mentored Indian students that have found this arrangement convenient and secure. In the QS World University Ranking 2024,  Cleveland State University has been placed at the 1201-1400 position, whereas, in 2023, it was placed at the 1201-1400 position.
