Since you already did PGDM in Clinical Research, I can suggest you to go for Ph.D Clinical Research, which is a 5 Years programme, and can prove best for you. Ph.D in this field can open a lot of possibilities for you to be at senior position. Remember, the Ph.D has to be done in accordance with the UGC guidelines 2009.
