Hi,
Every college has its own entry criteria and cut-offs. A very good foundation in mathematics is required. You can check University of Technology and Management, Shillong as it offers B.Tech in cyber security.

Hi,
Cloud computing is not about coding. You can easily choose cloud computing as a career, but I would suggest you to complete your class 12th and graduation to get a better job. Meanwhile, you can start learning cloud computing.

There is no eligibility criteria. Rather it is a pre-requisite which can help you perform better being a part of that course. Pre-requisite can be a basic understanding on computer science concepts, networking concepts and knowledge using Linux OS. If you are also knowing some programming and databases, you are in a good shape to get benefit from cloud computing courses.
