Some colleges duch as UPES are offering BTech in Cloud Computing. I will suggest that do not BTech on a vary narrow specialisation as it will restrict your career growth. You may do either BTech CSE or BTech Electronics and then specialise in Cloud Computing at PG level.

The name comes from the use of a cloud-shaped symbol as an abstraction for the complex infrastructure it contains in system diagrams. Let me tell you all these courses have a good future. Amongst the list Cloud Computing and Data Analytics slightly more demanding.
To pursue Data Analytics following key skills you should haveAnalytical and mathematical skills; knowledge of database types; familiarity with data warehousing and data manipulation; experience working with various computer programming languages.
Whereas, for Big Data someone should have knowledge on Java, basic UNIX and basic SQL.
