Candidates registering for the exam must endure that they check the eligibility criteria. Applications that do not comply by the eligibility criteria will be rejected by the officials. The eligibility criteria is as follows:
ICWAI Foundation Examination
The candidate should have cleared class 10 or equivalent exam. The same should be done from a recognised education higher secondary school board or institution
The candidate should have appeared for and cleared 10+2 from a recognised board or
The candidate should have cleared the National Diploma in Commerce Examination
Candidates awaiting results are also eligible

Yes, you can certainly apply for the foundation course of ICWAI course. An aspirant who has successfully completed his/her 10th standard is eligible for the course. You can find an in-depth detail of the exam on this link:
