Every year there is variation in score and percentile, for 2016-18 batch, the January 2016 score cutoff for NIBM Pune was 87 percentile and score was 153. Thus, you can apply for NIBM, however, it's difficult to say that you have complete chance because of the variation in score and percentile.

The best option is to retake the tests again next year. The college that would be willing to accept these scores are very ordinary ones. You will ending wasting 2 years and a lot of money with nothing to show for it. Don't lose hope. I'm sure you'll do much better next year.

Sorry to say but with this score you won't get any good colleges. It is better to try for next year.
