No, the score is too low, apply for ATMA and MAT of April and May attempt fetch scores above 95% because both of these exams are easy and you can get admission on the basis of that.

Your score is on the lower side, it will be difficult to get calls from good tier-I and tier-II colleges. Better to try MBA entrance exam next year or look for other entrance exams score.

70 percentile is quite low.
But, you can try for PGDM, 50% weightage is given to the past academic records and entrance exam marks.
So, you can try by clearing the GD and PI round.
