No that is not compulsory but NIMCET or National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test are the national level MCA entrance exam conducted by National Institute of Technology (NIT). NITs are institutes of national importance under Ministry of Education, Government of India. This is compulsory.

While registering for CMAT a candidate may face certain glitches such as irregular internet connection etc. Which must be avoided. If the problem isn't solved you can reach out CMAT helpline. CMAT customer care support is available on phone and email from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. The helpline numbers are 84299996897, 9453827201 and 9453827203.

The registration for CMAT 2021 has been already conducted and off also now you can apply for CMAT 2020 registration which will be opened in November.
