Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with a minimum percential score of 45 % for general category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC category as eligibility criterion for admission to B.Tech.Course at CMR Institute of Technology. Good Placement Record of B.Tech: The college has a good reputation for placements, with around 80-90% of students getting placed every year.The highest salary package offered ranges from 13-14 LPA to 16-18 LPA, with an average package of 4-5 LPA. The fees for various courses at CMR Institute of Technology for the B.Tech. the fees is INR 3.9 lakhs-7.5 lakhs. For the MBA course the fees is INR 1.2 lakhs, this is 2 years based course. And for the MCA course the fees is INR 1.2 Lacs which is 2 years based course.

CMR Institute of Technology MBA programme is ranked for the academic year 2024. The MBA programme has been ranked by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in management quota. NIRF has ranked the MBA courset 186 for the year 2024. The college ranking is good and the college provide placement record is also good.

The highest package for the MBA students at CMR Institute of Technology in year 2021 is INR 23 Lakhs Per Annum and in the year 2023 the data is 22 Lacs per annum. Basically the package is not same every year it changes according to the placement cells, top recuriters.

CMR Institute of Technology offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in various disciplines such as Engineering and Technology, Management, Computer Technology.
