CMR University is a private university, so its fees may be more expensive than government universities.   The average annual fee for CMR University is 2,250,000.   The first year fee is around 2.25 lakhs, and the same amount is charged for the second, third, and fourth years.   The tuition fee for B.Tech programs ranges from INR 1.  The School of Engineering and Technology at CMR University has a B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering programme with a fee of 325,000. The college also has separate hostels for boys and girls on campus, which cost 80,000 per year.

Aspirants must pass PUC/ Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 50% aggregate to apply for BCom course. Additionally, the university will shortlist candidates for BCom based on their merit in the last qualifying exam.
