For M.Tech, Coachin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and Government Engineering College Thrissur (GEC), both the colleges are very good. You can take admission as per your choice. You can take admission by going to the official website of the college and checking about the facility structure, faculty, campus placement, etc. of both the colleges. Otherwise both the colleges are very good.

{Source: M.Sc. students & alumni}Placement CellUnfortunately, there is no placement cell in the M.Sc. programme at CUSAT. According to the students' reviews:* "Companies have stopped coming to our department since 2018 because most students were going for higher studies like Ph.D., M.Tech., MS, etc."* "Students are working as scientists, professors, and engineers. interested students can go for internships if they get the chance."This indicates that there is no dedicated placement cell or efforts made by the institution to secure jobs for M.Sc. students. Students seem to rely on their own initiatives to find employment opportunities.
