Both the colleges are very good in their own way, but I will suggest you MITSOB because it follows case based study which helps students in understanding the actual corporate world. Faculty members of MITSOB are also highly qualified and have practical approach in their teachings.

I think IMS Noida is the only institute, which is the best PGDM College in this vicinity. It has experienced faculties from IIM, as well as it has well infrastructure. Mr. Ashish Jha is the program director.

You must know the difference between,
MS Ramaiah and RIMS (Ramaiah institute of Management studies)
MS Ramaiah is a very good college with good placement, faculty, exposure, extracurricular facilities.
On the other hand, Ramaiah Institute of Management studies (RIMS), Ramaiah Institute of Business School (RIBS) and Ramaiah Institute of Legal studis (RILS) are under one director, which is completely different from the MS Ramaiah.
People gets confused and joins RIMS RIBS or RILS thinking that it's the same as MS RAMAIAH, but it's far from it. They just run an institution with the same brand name to fool people.

I would suggest if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni think about the institute. You can consider the below parameters 1) Faculty, 2) Affiliation / Recognition/Accreditation 3) Curriculum 4) Faculty Qualification & Experience 6) Infrastructure 7) Success Rate. 8) Placements 9) Top recruiting companies. Here are the institute links for you: http://indiraiimp.edu.in

On the basis of virtual database, GL Bajaj has a good position against IMM-FOSTIIMA.
As per long-term career prospect, my recommendation is that both are not good.
For ground reality, you should personally visit the colleges and interact with students there and on that basis, you can select the best one.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
All the best.

Hello Prerana,
It's very heartening to see that even in 10th class you have a dream in your eyes. It's actually very simple. After 12th, you should seek admission in BA English. Then PG in English. Clear SET or NET. This will get you job. Then register for PhD.
