Both NIT Rourkela and PEC Chandigarh are reputed institutes for engineering. In terms of placements, both institutes have a good track record. NIT Rourkela is one of the premier technical institutes in India and has a strong placement record. The CSE department at NIT Rourkela attracts numerous renowned companies for placements. PEC Chandigarh is quite famous in North India and has excellent placements. The average package being offered is around 16.7 LPA and for CSE it was 25 LPA. Both Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (BVCOE) Pune and SRM Institute of Science and Technology are good colleges for B.Tech CSE. However, it is recommended that you visit the college websites and compare the courses offered, faculty, infrastructure, placement records, fees and other facilities before making a decision.

Both IIEST Shibpur and Jadavpur University offer great placements to students. Both are ranked by NIRF and offer scholarships to students. Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology Shibpur is better in some areas whereas Jadavpur University is better in others. So the students must decide what are they looking for in a particular university and then make the comparison accordingly.

Both Mangalmay Institute of Engineering and Technology and GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management are private engineering colleges located in Greater Noida. According to shiksha, GL Bajaj would suit you better than Mangalmay Institute of Engineering and Technology if you are into CSE, IT, ECE, or Biotechnology. The highest package offered during IIM Kozhikode placements 2023 was INR 43.9 LPA whereas the highest package offered during IIM Lucknow placements 2023, was INR 42 LPA. Moreover, the average package offered for PGP-BL course at IIM Kozhikode ( batch 2023) was INR 29.23 LPA whereas the IIM Lucknow average package was INR 16.92 LPA. When compared based on fees, the IIM Kozhikode MBA fees range between INR 12 Lacs - INR 20.5 Lacs whereas IIM Lucknow MBA fees range between INR 9.5 Lacs - INR 12.6 Lacs.

IIM Jammu have better ranking than Bodhgaya. Also IIM Jammu is older than Bodhgaya thus one can prefer IIM Jammu.
