The University of Lucknow is awarded a rank band 101- 150, whereas Allahabad University is not ranked by NIRF 2023. Lucknow University has released its placements report for the academic year 2022-23. As per the report, the highest package and average package offered during placements 2023 stood at INR 23.61 LPA and INR 8.6 LPA, respectively. Further, the median package offered during Lucknow University placements 2023 was INR 14.40 LPA. The top recruiters of Lucknow University in 2023 were HCL, Skolar, Homefirst, Hexaware Technologies, Paytm, etc.The University of Allahabad spreads over a campus area of 232 acres. It offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. It includes a computer centre, a meditation centre which is known as Gandhi Bhawan, hostel accommodation, National Cadet Corps, National Service Scheme and an Athletic Association. Lucknow University spreads over 219.01 acres of land and has a yoga centre, child care centre, hostels, guest houses, canteens, health and medical centre, a big library, sports facilities (indoor and outdoor sports facilities), and others.

According to the data available on the official websites of both the prestigious universities, the highest package offered during Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad B.Tech placements 2022 stood at INR 44 LPA whereas the highest package offered during Osmania University placements 2022 stood at INR 18.2 LPA. Further, a total of 13 companies visited the campus during the Osmania University placements 2022 whereas over 50+ recruiters visited the campus of JNTUH last year for the placements. Hence, it is safe to say that JNTUH offers better placements than Osmania University, when the two are compared with respect to numbers.

Delhi University has been ranked 11 and Mumbai University is awarded a rank of 56 among the top Universities in India by NIRF 2023. Delhi University is a central university, whereas, Mumbai University is a state university. Delhi University is given a rating of 4/5 by thousands of verified Shiksha users. Many verified Shiksha users gave a rating of 3.9/5 to University of Mumbai. According to the University of Delhi NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during DU UG 3 year and PG 2 year placements 2022 stood at INR 5 LPA and INR 15.5 LPA, respectively. The median package provided for Mumbai University's UG 3 year and PG 2 year placements in 2022 were INR 4.5 LPA and INR 15 LPA, respectively, according to the University of Mumbai's NIRF report 2023.
