Hi, The two colleges are actually not comparable as one is for the IT field and other is popular and traditionally known for core branches. Since you have not mentioned your choice of subject - IIIT has only branches related to CSE and IT and conditions of these two branches are not good in BIT Sindri so it's definitely IIIT Bhubaneswar. Both colleges are under State government but IIIT-Bh also take admission through JEE-Mains so there would be some national level competition too.
