Well, both colleges are good. But, Bikram College is best for commerce studies.

If you are interested in core companies and IT companies as well, then you should go for electronics and communication engineering at heritage. If you are interested in only IT companies, then go for techno India, information technology. Although, you should prefer ECE as per career prospective. Best of luck.
