If it's about location. Lucknow is much better than Sultanpur in all aspects.
IET-Lucknow has a better campus than KNIT. Well, finally it all depends on your interest. As you already passed out 12th and if you're from CBSE board, you have already studied computer in last two years (I know it's option, but then also )
If you want to go for government jobs, just go for civil engineering, if you want to work in private sector, go for CSE.

NIT Durgapur, DTU, NIT Hamirpur & Jalandhar.
In NIT, Durgapur last year closing rank was 18112 so there is less chances but if take part in JOSSA counselling carefully then there will be a chances in Durgapur otherwise DTU is better option.

I am not so aware about SSE but Shiv Nadar University's Economics department has one of the best faculty members. They are quite approachable and versatile with their research interests. They motivate you to pursue research through the OUR (Opportunities in Undergraduate Research) programme. I believe what gives SNU an edge over SSE is the number of options to explore. Not only the School of Management, Performing Arts and Humanities but an "economist" has the option to explore in the School of Engineering and School of Natural Sciences. First, I will clarify the difference between Science' and engineering' through a simple example. The study of optics of materials will fall under Science. Scientists (physicists, in this case) will try to explain the optical properties which different materials possess.
