Though it's an institution having a placement cell organising campus recruitments here, recruiters and pay package may not be high as of premier institutes. BA placements at DPM's Shree Mallikarjun College of Arts and Commerce are not too good as student prepare for competetive exams and government sector jobs .College try to provide quality education in there specific course to student who wants follow there career in the field of finace, art, and science.

So when it comes to diversity, the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC) is really something else. For its B.A. programs alone, it has been known for more than just placing most of the students who graduated from there into jobs right away; only a few decide to further their studies after that.
