The placement and guidance cell at at Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College Of Business Management was inaugurated on February 1, 2021, and therefore, the placement offers are lower than those of other reputed institutions. However, the placement cell occasionally offers grooming sessions for its students related to soft and interview-facing skills to prepare young minds for the interviews. The highest CTC in 2021 was INR 3.60 LPA, whereas the average CTC offered was INR 2.40 LPA. The top recruiters in this college were a few of the most reputed companies, such as Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Oracle and Mphasis.

As per as the recent reports are concern the placements at SDM College of Business Management has the impressive and commendable placements. Even there past records are also impressive. Top recruitment companies are onboarding like TATA, Maruti Suzuki, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, Reliance, Adani, Axis Bank, Many reputed education institutions and many more.Inshort I would say if you made your mind to get into this college then don't hesitate.
