For instance,  Candidates from the General and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st of the exam year. There's no upper age limit.Candidates belonging to reserved categories such as Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, or Other Backward Classes have the same minimum age requirement of 17 years old as of December 31st of the exam year. However, they are eligible for an upper age relaxation of 5 years.
