Based on the information you have provided, it is unlikely that you will get NIT Surathkal for any branch with a JEE Mains rank of 12098. The cutoff for NIT Surathkal for the SC category in 2022 was 9594 for Computer Science and Engineering.

Unfortunately, you will not able to get into VIT PUNE with 80 percentile as the last year pattern for data Science was around 97 percentile. Frankly speaking, sit again in CET and score a good percentile to get into VIT Pune

95.63 in MAH-MBA/MS CET is a good score, it's important to note that admission decisions are not solely based on the CET score. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will release the MHT CET cutoff after the counselling process completes. The MHT CET cutoff will be released separately for each round of counselling. Candidates will be provided MHT CET cutoff for each round, college and course as and when released by the CET Cell.
