It is difficult to determine if your daughter will get BE Computer Science based on her rank in CET alone. It will depend on the cut-off rank for BE Computer Science at the institution she is applying to.

MBA cutoffs are the minimum scores required by candidates to be eligible for admission to MBA programs. Cutoffs can vary from institution to institution and depend on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, the availability of seats, and the category of the candidate.
CET School of Management determines its MBA cutoff based on the Common Admission Test (CAT) score or any other equivalent national-level exam score. M.Com Honours entrance test as there may be multiple websites catering to different regions and universities that conduct the exam. However, you can try searching for websites that offer study materials and sample papers for the CET PG M.Com Honours entrance test. Regarding negative marking, it may vary from exam to exam, and it is advisable to check the exam pattern and marking scheme provided by the concerned authority. You can check the official website of the conducting authority or contact them directly for more information.

According to your marks you scored you stand a less chance in getting seats in top law colleges since the cutoff remains at 100+ marks. You can go for Manikchand Pahade Law College, Mumbai which has a low cutoff of 55-85 marks and you can get this college if this years cutoff comes to be this. However cutoff changes year to year and you can get colleges accordingly .But this is based of last few Years statistics. You can also go for St. Wilfreds College of Law, Mumbai as this college also has a lower cutoff as compared. Good luck.
