Sri Venkatesa Perumal College of Engineering and Technology (SVPCET) has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: CoursesEligibilityB.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed Diploma in relevant stream from a recognised Institute.UG DiplomaCandidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination (Class 10th) conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS. such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
Candidates belonging to NIOS/APOSS/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject.
Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in April/ May-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared can also apply.
There is no age restriction.M.E./M.TechCandidate must have passsed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC
approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto.
Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.After 10th DiplomaCandidates should have passed S.S.C. Candidates applying with PGCET rank must have secured minimum 60% marks in graduation.B.E. / B.TechCandidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. The qualifying degree obtained by the Distance Mode Program/ Open Distance Learning (ODL) should have recognition by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations of 2013.

The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2004). No maximum age limit.
