The cutoff for mtech previous year was 22-23. You may give it a check on Shiksha's website to get detailed report. Unless you mention your marks I cant tell if you are having chances or not.

Eligibility. Graduates in Engineering, IT, Science, Computer Science, from any recognized university/ Institute of National Importance with a Minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST candidates).
TNEA cutoff 2019 will be released in the form of opening and closing ranks for all category candidates. The same will be updated here as soon as released by DoTE, Tamil Nadu. Candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board with at least 55% marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the major subjects of study.
