COER Roorkee Admission 2023, is open for all programmes, both UG and PG levels. On the official website, interested candidates can submit their applications online. GATE and CAT results are taken into account for M.Tech and MBA admission. The COER Roorkee application fee of Rs 1,000 has to be paid via Demand Draft (DD) payable to "College of Engineering Roorkee" in either Roorkee or Haridwar.

Haridwar university is one of the top university in Uttarakhand as well as india with the highest placement of INR 85LPA along with 96% placement rate. As compared to COER university, the highest package for B.Tech was 15.6LPA last year with a placement rate of 70%.
