The cut-off marks vary according to courses and years for admission into Visvesvaraya Technological University's University B.D.T College of Engineering. KCET 2024 cutoff marks for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering were 37,388 while others such as Electronics were relatively higher as there was a great demand from students. The Cutoffs for Computer Science used to be much lower than what they are in the current year, around 25,785 in 2023. Numbers of applicants applying for exams, the difficulty level of the exams and seats available affect such cutoffs. Tech at SSBT's College of Engineering and Technology (SSBT COET):10+2 Marksheets – Original and attested photocopies of the 12th-grade educational qualification with a Higher Secondary marksheet.Admit Card / Entrance Examination Scorecard – This may include a MHT CET or JEE Main scorecard based on the exam a candidate has taken.Transfer Certificate – A document from the last place of learning attended, regarding oncstudying at that particular institution.Migration Certificate (if needed) – Issued to students accentuating from another state or university.Category Certificate (if needed) – SC, ST, OBC, EWS or some other category certificate for aspirants who apply under the reserved category.Domicile Certificate – For candidates of Maharashtra state, to verify the residence for claiming state quota.Caste Validity Certificate (if needed) – As some candidates belong to such caste, it is necessary to authenticate that they belong to the particular caste.Identity Proof – A valid government ID with a recognized photo such as Aadhar Card or Passport or Voter ID.Passport-sized Photographs – Some recent passport-sized photographs borrowing for documentation purposes.Fee Payment Receipt – In case of application or counseling fee, such a combination of documents containing application or counseling fee receipt is presented.All of the above-mentioned documents are made obligatory for verification during counseling and admissions.
