Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology most often provide about 18 seats for the M.E. in Big Data Analytics course. This number can be altered by the other admission policies of the college and changes in the regulations recommended by the government. The college also has other reasons that include category reservations and annual intake limits that may affect the allocation of the seats. However, any details relating to the availability of seats in this programme and the admission procedure in general should be sought from the college admission office .

In Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology there is no provision for 100 % scholarship for MCA program. There could be scholarship for academic achievement or for reserved category or based on government rules; however, full scholarship for all types of fees is not common. Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology is considered as Tier 2 college depending on year to year regional Magazine surveys based on parameters such as the quality of education, quality of the faculty, placement record and quality of infrastructure etc. As much it is not nationally ranked amongst the best engineering colleges on most occasions, it enjoys a fairly good reputation, in some provisions, across the region. For more specific ranked data it is preferable to look into the latest state report that ranks engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu.
