According to, the college offers 7 B.Tech specializations for engineering aspirants. The duration of the B.Tech courses is 4 years. The admission process for B.Tech courses is based on MHT-CET, MHT CET, JEE Main exams. However, I could not find any information on the maximum number of students that can enroll in the B.Tech program.

DY Patil College of Engineering and Technology, Kolhapur has a good placement record for B.Tech students. According to the latest data available, the highest package offered during placements 2023 was INR 64 LPA and the average package was INR 5.63 LPA. A total of 162 companies participated in the placement drive and 452 students were placed.

The admission process for M.Tech courses at DY Patil College of Engineering and Technology requires the candidate to have a valid GATE score. However, the college also accepts scores of another entrance exam, MHT-CET. The cutoff scores for these exams vary each year and depend on the course and category of the candidate. Apart from these, candidate should have completed his/her graduation with an aggregate of 50% from a recognised university.

Yes, you can apply for B.Tech at DY Patil College of Engineering Kolhapur with 75 percentile in JEE. The cutoff for JEE-Main 2023 for general category applicants ranged from 17746 to 49255 rank. The cutoff for B.Tech Data Science for general category applicants in DY Patil College of Engineering Kolhapur is 84.51 percentile. However, the cutoffs for other B.Tech courses are lower than that of B.Tech Data Science.
