The fees is 18,000 per annum if you are a general merit student (for SC, ST and OBC it's still less), and even hostel facilities are quite affordable i.e,10,000 per annum (excluding food).

Yes, with your percentile, you can get admission to Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management. Considering you are from the general category, you can get admission to the following branches of BE courses:
1. Electrical Engineering
2. Civil Engineering
4. Industrial Engineering
5. Biomedical Engineering
Furthermore, you may get top branches such as Data Science, Cyber Security, and Electronics & Communication Engineering with a home state quota. However, you may not get admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch as the cut off for this branch is very high at Shri Ramdeobaba College.

The admission procedure for M.E. In Electronics and Communication Engineering at Visvesvaraya College of Engineering is:
1. The academic requirement is a B.E. or B.Tech in a related field with a minimum grade of 50%.
2. Admission will be made on the basis of the merit list of UVCE.
3. This list will be prepared on the basis of GATE and PGCET scores.

Placement percentage is not good. They do not give placement to BBA or MBA. I have not seen or heard anything about the placement from my college and not even single company came to our college. That's why placement is so poor. Value-for-money 30000 yes money is worth because I prepare for my PG CAT exam that's why I choose this college.

There are various specializations available in BE courses at Banglore college of engineering and technology such as computer science and engineering, information science and engineering , artificial intelligence and machine learning , electronics and communication engineering , civil engineering mechanical engineering . B. Techai ans data Science engineering at Rizvi college of engineering is good. The placement facility are also good. Many company are coming and hired many student. The highest package is 7-8lakhs per annum and average is 3-4 Lacs per annum. The company are ibm, wipro, extramarks etc.
