The quality of food prepared in the hostel mess of Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering varies. Students have mixed responses about it. Some have identified that the food served was decent and manageable for daily consumption, but not exemplary. It met the diet requirements, but the variety in taste may not please everyone's belly as every person has different preferences. Hostel facilities including the mess, have only a moderately good rating, but this area definitely needs improvement with regard to food quality and variety.
