Dr. Rizvi College of Engineering competes at par but it's surely achievable. The admissions to B.Tech programs are heavily based on entrance exams like JEE Main, UPCET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test), or JEECUP (for Diploma courses). Eligibility criteria for students to provide an apt score in the related exam and follow the counselling process conducted by the college need to be completed for B.Tech. The college accepts CAT, MAT, and GMAT scores for admission into the MBA, besides elections for these courses.

The faculty in SNGCE is highly qualified and well-experienced. Most professors possess postgraduate and doctoral qualifications, which ensures the commitment towards quality education. The approachability, and focus on both practical and theoretical learning aspects, are what most students appreciate in their faculty members. Feedback on teaching qualities may differ from one department to another, and it leaves scopes for improvement in a few. But they significantly add value to both academic and skill development.

The quality of food prepared in the hostel mess of Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering varies. Students have mixed responses about it. Some have identified that the food served was decent and manageable for daily consumption, but not exemplary. It met the diet requirements, but the variety in taste may not please everyone's belly as every person has different preferences.  Hostel facilities including the mess, have only a moderately good rating, but this area definitely needs improvement with regard to food quality and variety.
