Based on the admission control norms in existence at the KJ College of Engineering & Management Research for admission to the B.E./B.Tech course is carried out with respect to the candidate's performance on the MHT-CET or the JEE Main. Passing one of these examinations is compulsory for the admission of any candidate. For the academic year 2024-2025 B.E./B.Tech First year Tuition fees for Maharashtra State candidates are INR 1,23,000/- per annum and for Outside Maharashtra State candidates are INR 2,41,000/- per annum. About development fees: INR 10000/annually, about examination fees: INR 5000/annually. The total fee payable for four years B.E./B.Tech courses would be Rs. 59,200/- for Maharashtra State candidates and Rs. 60,840/- for outside Maharashtra State candidates.

Accommodation charges differ depending on the type and nature of facilities at KJ College of Engineering & Management Research hostel fees. The College has two hostels for boys' and girls' separately with the total accommodation of 500 students. The hostel fee is from Rs 80000 to Rs 120000 per annum depending on the type of room in addition to the conventional facilities. For the admission in KJ College of Engineering & Management Research pursuing UG/PG courses, the candidate have to fulfill some minimum standard. The eligibility norms for UG courses are 10+2 pass in PCM with 50% pass average and MH- CET/JEE- Main qualification for entrance.
