Hello Ayush Sharma,
I must say at the outset that you have scored reasonably well in UPSEE the entrance examination for engineering that is conducted by the state of Uttar Pradesh through its nominated agency. With these marks, I am sure you will get admission in one of the reputed colleges in the state.
However, to help you I am attaching a link that will predict the college for you based on your marks or the ranking in UPSEE.

Doing ITI and doing B.Tech are actually two diverse things in fact greatly diverse things. ITI is employment oriented skill imparting course which is done after 10th and the duration is about 1 year, on the other hand, B.Tech gives you a great deal of knowledge of engineering and it is a four years course to be done after class 12th. So, you can imagine the wide disparities between these two courses. To put it simply these are just not comparable. Hence, which one is better is perhaps a wrong question to ask. It is about your condition, your finances and your requirement to find job at the earliest stage in life that s

The best college is the government college in the terms of overall placements as in the private college you have to apply yourself for the internships and if you get the backlog in any subject then you won't be able to sit in the placements but there is no such compulsion in the government colleges.

See, if you have taken admission and then you want your fee back that won't be possible. At that time, you will only get the caution money back and nothing else will be refunded to you.
