62% were placed and the highest package was INR 5 LPA and the lowest was INR 2 LPA Around 15% of students get placed in our course. The average salary package offered is 1.7 LPA to 2.5 LPA.The highest salary package offered in our course is up to 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 7.5 LPA. Around 80% of the students got internships in construction and industrial work. It is one of the great engineering colleges in Tripura with good infrastructure and average faculty.

The cutoff trend for medical Courses at Agartala Government Medical College has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 9774. In 2022, it increased to 22347. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 11159 to 21895 for OBC, 62064 to 114760 for SC, 89740 to 125167 for ST, 11240 to 22992 for EWS, 442454 to 22347 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for medical education in India continues to grow.
