You need to be a graduate in any discipline in order to be eligible for M.A. In mass communication from Tripura University. You will have to qualify an entrance exam called TUET to get admission in Tripura University. If a student fails to clear CAT then MAT is the 2nd option and you write MAT in February or May. Academic year starts in June or July so yes, any university which is recognized by UGC has to accept the CAT score.
