For the candidates at CEPT University who are eligible for admission, 50% of the aggregate marks of all subjects of the qualifying examination Class 12 and 50% weightage required of the valid score obtained in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) for the corresponding year shall be considered as the merit mark for the BArch programme.Admission offer will be sent by registered email ID to the eligible candidates in the order of their merit rank to their registered email IDs. The candidate shall be prepared to pay the fees in two-three working days after receiving the online admission offer. 

Pre Admission Scholarship (Means based) can be availed only by filling up the online scholarship form along with admissions application form. The forms are available at the official website. Applicant will be able to access the online scholarship form only after submitting the admissions application form. Applicant need to fill up the online scholarship form only once, irrespective of number of programmes he or she wish to apply. 

 Masters in Housing Design at CEPT University focused on developing expertise in the architectural design of Housing. The programme will primarily focus on preparing architecturally innovative, thoughtful, and contextually sensitive housing designs.  The course also focuses on evolving housing types to reflect the social changes, technology innovations, building regulations, landscape strategies, land efficiency and climate response to inform and strengthen the quality of housing designs in urban areas.

The course is divided into four semesters and second semester is exchange opportunity. In every semeters, 18 credits are there and electives and summer winter school consist of 12 credits. However, in every semester studio unit is subject is compulsory for MArch Interior Design at CEPT University.
